The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, leading a global sales team and implementing innovative sales strategies in a startup environment.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partnersIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on themCollaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and manage MQLs into the sales pipelineAnalyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and servicesProvide regular reports and updates on sales performance & pipeline to the executive teamQualifications and Experience4 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a series A tech startup, and 7 years of enterprise sales experienceProven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment with minimal administrative supportExperience in building and managing strategic partnerships
