MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a minimum of six (6) years of experience to be a part of a Federal IT team supporting our clients to transform their business and solve complex problems leveraging ServiceNow. This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll be communicating frequently with stakeholders. Candidates must work effectively in teams, be sharp, creative, well written, and articulate when speaking with senior client leadership.

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with a minimum of six (6) years of experience to be a part of a Federal IT team supporting our clients to transform their business and solve complex problems leveraging ServiceNow. This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll be communicating frequently with stakeholders. Candidates must work effectively in teams, be sharp, creative, well written, and articulate when speaking with senior client leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
- Gathering detailed business requirements.
- Working with stakeholders across the agency to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Supporting the development team testing out completed stories.
- Creating and communicating project documentation.
- A minimum of 6 or more years of direct experience supporting Management Consulting and/or Technology Transformation efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.
- 1 years of ServiceNow hands-on implementation experience.
- Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Secret Clearance
- Hold ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC both Agile and Waterfall.
- HRSD ServiceNow experience.

Compensation
- Compensation decisions are dependent of the facts and circumstances of each case . A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,000. -$120,000.

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
