- 5 years of HV substation design experience
- Strong experience in physical and/or protection & controls (P&C) design
- Ability to lead projects and perform QA/QC reviews
- Client coordination and technical leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- PE license preferred
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
