About The Role

We are seeking a technically strong Outbound Product Manager , Customer Solutions Manager to work at the intersection of customers, product strategy, and AI infrastructure. This role involves working directly with enterprise AI customers, understanding workload requirements, analyzing market trends, and translating insights into product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers and AI teams to understand workloads, performance needs, and challenges
• Analyze GPU cloud market trends, pricing, performance, and competitive positioning
• Translate customer and market insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations
• Support benchmarking, evaluation, and validation initiatives for AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure interoperability and performance alignment
• Work with Solutions Engineers during customer PoCs and capture structured feedback
• Provide internal thought leadership on AI infrastructure and GPU cloud trends
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Product Strategy
• Background in AI,ML systems, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Understanding of AI,ML training and inference workloads
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor`s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
