Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of accounting functions with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess basic accounting skills, familiarity with financial software (specifically Quickbooks), proficient with Microsoft word & excel and be comfortable interacting with members, costumers & guests daily.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and account analysis to maintain financial integrity.
- Perform journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance using accounting software (specifically Quickbooks).
- Onboard new employees
- Process Payroll
- Onboarding new members/send welcome packets
- End of Day Reconciliations/Bank Deposits
- Daily office tasks
- Promote upcoming events
Experience
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks; proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
