What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator & Manual Laborer position at Metalution?
Manual Machinist. Looking for someone who is eager to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced growing company. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, be willing to learn, and be highly motivated.
Responsibilities Include:
- Surface Grinding
- Load & unload CNC equipment to maintain production
- Light assembly work
- Material handling, sorting, & prepping; must be able to lift 50 pounds
- General Shop Labor
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No experience necessary
- Must have some technical abilities for surface grinding
- Must be able to keep in conformance with our ISO certifications
- Follow Directions
Compensation:
- Hourly wage $16-20; based on experience
- Participation in 401K with up to 4% Match
- Choice between two Priority Health group plans with 80% employer sponsored premium
- Work week is generally 40-45hrs
