JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description: The Black Belt is responsible for
applying Lean Sigma tools in a variety of settings ranging from formal
projects to every day problem solving. In addition to their work at
Wisconsin Centrifugal they may be called upon to participate in or
facilitate improvement teams throughout MetalTek, helping to ensure
project improvement objectives as well as bold goals are achieved. The
Black Belt is responsible for conducting frequent project updates with
senior management. Requirements: To be successful the candidate should
have the following attributes, skills, or experience: Self-starter,
ability to plan and direct activities Organizational, team, and
leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating
at all levels of organization Analytical and problem solving skills
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, capable of learning Minitab)
Ability to train others (Green Belts, project team members) A strong
desire to and belief that we can always improve whatever we do The
selected candidate will be required to successfully complete formal Six
