As the Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of plant operations, serving as the critical link between customer expectations and operational execution. You will Lead End-to-End Operations: Overseeing Wax, Shell, Foundry, Rough & Final Finish, Shipping, and Maintenance functions, Champion Safety: Building and sustaining a zero-incident culture where safety is the foundation of every decision, Drive Performance: Delivering on production, cost, quality, and delivery targets aligned with the business plan, Develop Leaders: Through coaching and empowering supervisors to achieve departmental goals and elevate team performance, Enhance Customer Success: Advocating for customers by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products on time, Execute Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste, and Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the division leadership team to influence plant-wide decisions and long-term strategy.
