Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Oversee the launch of newly installed equipment and help arrange training for the operations team members. Training should include how to best operate the equipment following the manufacturers training
- Manage a team of experienced operators and packaging / crane teammates for eventually a 24 hour a day operations. Initially will startup on first ship and grow the business
- Willingness to help grow the business participating in sales calls as needed with OEM's and mill customers
- Able to provide guidance in how to optimize performance for the coil to coil process
- Be responsible for the quality of the product shipping to customers
- Travel with sales team, Sales Manager, or GM as needed to help promote the equipment and team capabilities

Qualifications:
- Must have in-depth experience operating, supervising / managing a wet coil to coil polishing line
- Imeas line experience a plus
- High School or Technical School graduate
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Prior experience leading, supervising, or managing a team of operations members a plus
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint a must
- Willingness to work with a fantastic team of highly experienced operators to lead, develop, and startup a new line
