At Metallicus, we are shaping digital money and revolutionizing the way people transact by reaching out to consumers new to cryptocurrency in a fun and novel way. To date, we have launched and operate WebAuth (non-custodial wallet), Metal Pay in the United States (P2P value transfer and cryptocurrency purchase wallet), and Metal X (a cryptocurrency exchange across 23 countries and rapidly expanding).
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who knows React and Vue at a high level, has experience building enterprise-grade web apps, and enjoys writing clean, maintainable code. You’ll work across multiple frameworks, manage complex state, and help create products that scale seamlessly.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain modern web applications using React and Vue
- Write reusable, well-structured components with clean and readable code
- Manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
- Collaborate with designers to turn Figma mockups into responsive layouts
- Optimize performance and user experience for complex applications
- Contribute to component libraries and shared UI patterns
- Review pull requests and uphold code quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve challenging front-end issues
What we’re looking for
8 years in frontend development
- 5 years with modern frameworks like React or Vue
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Strong experience with React (hooks, context, performance tuning)
- Solid understanding of Vue 3 with Composition API and component design patterns
- Familiarity with Angular is a plus
- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Background in building or maintaining enterprise-level web applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and TypeScript
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL API integrations
- Familiarity with build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Turbopack
- Comfortable with responsive design and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, etc.)
Good understanding of accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance optimization
Bonus points
Experience in crypto or fintech applications is a plus
- Experience working with design systems or scalable UI architectures
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
- Understanding of modern deployment workflows or version control best practices
Interest in UX, usability, and data-driven front-end performance
