Customer Service Representative
The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to ensure our customers receive a great experience when contacting Metallic Ladder/Alumidock.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with customers to develop accurate product specific quotations. Create all necessary manufacturing drawings required to build specified products (training will be provided).
· Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer calls, email and web chat
· Research customer requests/questions and respond appropriately
· Work with the Marketing Manager for all customer outreach efforts
· Run weekly/monthly reports on sales and sales activities to monitor trending
· Participate in new product development as the voice of the customer
· Finish projects on-time
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
· Detail oriented
· Excellent at time management
· Problem solving
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products- Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Ability to learn the basics of software packages and expand knowledge yourself.
· Ability to learn Quickbooks and other software packages used daily.
· Team oriented
· Positive energy
· Effective communicator
