Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support B2B business process transformation, Salesforce-related initiatives, and enterprise technology implementations within the telecommunications industry.
The ideal candidate will have prior T-Mobile experience, a strong understanding of B2B telecom operations, and working knowledge of Salesforce, including CPQ. This role will focus on documenting existing business processes, defining future-state workflows, coordinating technology releases, and ensuring business teams are prepared for system and process changes.
The TPM will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, product owners, and IT delivery teams to align business requirements with system capabilities and support successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state B2B business processes using existing knowledge bases, process documentation, and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop future-state (to-be) processes and explain how upcoming IT implementations will impact business workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis and map business processes to system capabilities, IT development activities, and implementation requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business and sales stakeholders to validate workflows, gather requirements, and finalize decisions.
- Assess organizational change impacts across teams, roles, and business processes.
- Prepare business communications, release notes, FAQs, training materials, and change-readiness documentation.
- Coordinate with business, product, and IT teams to track release plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and implementation timelines.
- Learn and support Salesforce 2.0 capabilities, including CPQ, along with custom B2B portals such as WidePoint, AccountHub/T-Platform, Inseego, and related platforms.
- Maintain process maps, standard operating procedures, knowledge-base articles, and other program documentation.
- Support business users during rollout, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
Required Qualifications
- 8 12 years of experience in technical program management, business process analysis, business/technology consulting, or enterprise system implementations.
- Prior T-Mobile experience and familiarity with B2B telecom business processes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including B2B workflows and preferably Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong experience in current-state analysis, future-state process design, gap analysis, and process documentation.
- Experience translating business requirements into system capabilities, IT development activities, and implementation plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives, release planning, dependencies, and risk management.
- Change management experience, including stakeholder communications, business readiness, and user adoption.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn custom-built enterprise portals and explain their impact on business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, or B2B portal implementation experience.
- Telecom or large-enterprise B2B transformation experience.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP, Prosci, ACMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
