Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00AM - 4:15PM & Friday 7:00AM - 12:00PM
Summary: Primary mover of material throughout the facility. Works under the direction of the Internal Logistics Supervisor to maintain a clean and organized warehouse, as well as accurate inventory counts. Assists with physical loading/unloading of inbound/outbound shipments. Directs internal logistics team members as necessary to insure the proper flow of goods throughout the facility. Maintains and enforces adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED), the Pressure Equipment Safety Requirement (PESR), and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Distribute material from the stock room to the production floor in a quick an efficient manner.
- Transfer product between departments when required.
- Receive incoming inventory and enter all associated data into company ERP system.
- Work with QA and Purchasing departments to ensure all necessary documentation accompanies incoming shipments.
- Ensure all stock movements are entered into company ERP system.
- Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse at all times.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Verify accurate PN and quantity of all incoming shipments.
- Disposition product cleared by QA for input into warehouse.
- Perform cycle counts of inventory on a quarterly basis or as directed by supervisor.
- Work under direction of supervisor to maintain clean and organized company storage trailers.
- Assist other departments as required.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to three-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, inventory software and ERP systems.
