Production Team Member – Metal Team 

Mason City, IA

Job Type: Full-Time - 1st Shift

Help build products that customers rely on; join Metalcraft’s Metal Team. You’ll operate production equipment, support manual and semi-automated processes, and work across the department to keep quality high and orders moving. We’ll cross-train you, support your development, and recognize your contributions in a collaborative, member-owner culture.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment and assist in various manufacturing processes
• Inspect, sort, and pack product to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and follow standard work procedures
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment
• Learn other positions in other areas as needed

When will I work? 

• Monday-Friday 7:15 AM until 3:45 PM.  Some overtime is needed depending on the needs of the customer.    

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Flexibility to meet customer needs
