- Own the entire customer journey, from pre-sales engagement and onboarding to post-sales success and retention.
- Lead technical conversations with prospects and customers, guiding them through demos, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and production deployments.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get maximum value from MetalBear's platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape our offering based on real customer needs.
- Build from zero-to-one: Help define our customer engineering playbook and scale best practices across regions.
- High ownership: You’ll be a member of a founding team of Solution Engineers, helping shape our customer-facing motion across the region.
- Strategic impact: Your work will directly influence go-to-market strategy, product direction, and customer outcomes.

- 3-5 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving tech companies).
- Strong technical foundation: Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, microservices), and able to write/read code confidently.
- Customer-centric mindset: You’ve worked in technical customer-facing roles and know how to communicate clearly, build trust, and drive value.
- Self-starter mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and thrive in environments with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communicator: You can adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
- Execution-focused: Strong organizational skills, able to juggle priorities, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
