The Production Support Associate is responsible for assisting multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on support by preparing materials, maintaining work areas, assisting with production activities, and helping ensure products move through each stage of the manufacturing process safely and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities
- Support production operations by preparing workstations, materials, and equipment for daily manufacturing activities.
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods between departments using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Assist production personnel with routine tasks to help maintain productivity and meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory at work areas and replenish materials as needed to minimize downtime.
- Perform basic inspections to verify parts and materials meet job requirements before advancing to the next operation.
- Accurately complete production documentation and record job information according to company procedures.
- Report equipment concerns, quality issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established housekeeping and safety standards.
- Follow all company policies, work instructions, and safety regulations while performing assigned duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
