CNC MACHINIST/LEAD OPERATOR POSITION AVAILABLE (full-time)
We are bringing in a palletized 5 axis mill next month and we need help programming and setting up our other machines. Primarily 4 axis Doosan Mills, Secondarily our Mazak lathes.
Metal Trade Solutions LLC seeks a candidate for CNC Machinist/Lead Operator in our machining and fabrication business in Winsted, MN. Opportunity for semi-skilled, or skilled lead machinist.

The Nuts and Bolts:
What we need:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Oversee daily workflow, prioritize jobs, and coordinate production to meet deadlines.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate to improve processes and resolve production challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Design and programming skills in Autodesk Fusion 360
What you bring:
- Experience with CNC milling machine setup, programming, and operation.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
