Sales Associate

$20/hr. to start Mon–Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm
Metal Supermarkets is the world's largest small-quantity metal supplier, serving everyone from trade pros to hobbyists. We're looking for a driven, people-first sales associate to join our Miami team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend the right metal products and services
- Handle in-store, phone, and online inquiries — quote, follow up, and close sales
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Manage orders and data entry accurately in our ERP system
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 1 year in customer service, retail, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Solid computer and math skills; detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude — you make things happen
