Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to support our production team. The successful person will be competent in electrical, plumbing, welding and hydraulic maintenance and repairs. Metal Solutions LLC. Operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute daily checks, planned servicing, and inspection schedules to ensure equipment stability.

· Perform emergency repairs, electrical troubleshooting, onsite plumbing, welding and hydraulic repairs to maximize plant uptime.

· Maintain forklifts.

· Follow health and safety standards and be familiar with all Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Organize and coordinate with third party maintenance specialists.

· Report any equipment or operational issues directly to the Plant Manager.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area always.

· Fabricate and build pilot plant equipment for research and development

· Organize, monitor and maintain an inventory of crucial parts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic, mechanical, basic electrical/PLC and plumbing troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with maintenance diagnostic tools and welding equipment.
• Ability to proficiently and safely operate forklifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing plant with exposure to dust, heat, chemical elements, and all-weather conditions.
• Able to adapt to schedule changes and workload variations.
• Proficient in operating computers and using standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift items for the full duration of a shift.
• Strong communication skills, great punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to multitask.
• Prior experience with wastewater and chemicals is a plus.

· Proven ability to accurately maintain equipment maintenance logs.

• Knowledge of safety protocols.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm, call out when necessary.
