METAL ROOFING SUPPLY- TRIM OPERATOR
POSITION OVERVIEW
Metal Roofing Supply & Mfg. is a manufacturer of metal roofing panels, metal siding, trim, and custom-designed metal buildings, and carport kits. We are searching for driven individuals who would like to be a part of our team.
As a trim fabricator, you will be fabricating trim for metal roofing and metal buildings and completing daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bend metal according to patterns to make metal building and metal roofing trim
- Use shear and slitter to trim metal sheets to size
- Properly load customer trailers and customer vehicles.
- Accurately assemble orders and purchase orders
- Must follow and maintain all safety standards
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Clean work area daily
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work in a fast passed environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to become forklift certified to operate a forklift
- Physical activities required as the ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can differentiate colors
- Know how to work with and read measuring tools of all kinds
- Reliability, hardworking, and a desire to learn
