Duties
- Prep and paint building parts.
- Keep all painting equipment clean.
- Prep work to paint parts efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members by preparing work areas, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness on site
- Ensure work zones are safe and tidy by removing debris and hazards regularly
- Operate simple tools and equipment as directed and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks promptly and accurately
- Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to supervisors to maintain a secure work environment
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors or in various indoor environments in different weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Prior experience is not required, but is a plus; training will be provided on-site
- Basic physical fitness to handle manual tasks safely and effectively
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with painting and cleaning painting equipment, safety procedures, or previous laboring experience. Certifications such as OSHA safety training are beneficial but not mandatory.
