What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welding/Fabrication - Team Leader position at Metal N Motion LLC?
- First shift hours with the ability to make your own schedule between 5am-5pm.
- Must have valid driver's license and able to drive if needed.
- Delegates and oversees work of other employees.
- Ability to fabricate from prints but also able to create using your own design.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Examines work piece visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
- Retrieves correct materials and performs various fabrication duties.
- Ensures that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and assembled.
- Palletizing or strapping of various materials to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Ability to weld on various materials is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
