Location - Oviedo, FL
Compensation – Hourly - Position starts at $21.50 per hour
Type - Full Time - Onsite in Oviedo Office
Hours – 8:00am-4:30pm
Oviedo company looking to hire a full-time customer service representative. Standard hours will be from 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, with occasional overtime, as needed. Benefits after 90 days include paid holidays, vacation time, health insurance (with partial company contribution), dental & vision insurance (employee paid) and life insurance.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls & emails with professionalism and clarity
Enter and manage sales orders, dealer accounts, and shipping data in QuickBooks Enterprise
Coordinate freight and communicate lead times
Support field locksmiths in real-time with product troubleshooting
Process warranty claims, RMAs, and freight damage claims
Learn and explain safe components, locks, bolt work, fire ratings, and model specs
Work closely with Accounting Dept., Production Dept., and Final Assembly & Shipping Dept.
Analyze sales data and trends to support internal reporting
Job Requirements:
Stable work history, with verifiable references
Minimum of one year experience in customer service
Clear communicator with strong phone and email etiquette
Excellent attention to detail with consistent follow-through
Able to work well as a team and individually
Proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Preferred (not required):
Tech savvy and self-sufficient on computers
Ability to read and interpret product specs, drawings, and/or technical documents
Familiarity with safes and locks
