Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of schematics, the ability to mig and tig weld, and proficiency in basic math. The Fabricator/Welder will work at our Scranton location, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate parts and assemblies.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) to join metal components.
- Fabricate assemblies and components using a tube bender and saw cutting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
- Experience with Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum helpful.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations in fabrication tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
