Experienced Press Brake Operator

Job Title: Press Brake Operator (Experienced) - Sheet Metal Fabrication

Location: Exton, PA

Pay: $22-$32/Hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6 am-4 pm, 4 x 10-hour shifts (3 - day weekends)

Job Summary

We're hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator who understands sheet metal fabrication and can step in on day one performing at a high level.

If you can read prints, set up efficiently, hold tolerances, and produce consistent quality, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

- Set up and operate a press brake to form sheet metal parts accurately and efficiently

- Read and Interpret blueprints, bend notes, and work instructions

- Select tooling, perform changeovers, and confirm first-article parts before running production

- Measure and inspect parts using common shop tools (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, etc.)

- Maintain quality and consistency throughout production runs

- Communicate with leads/engineering when forming requirements need clarification

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience operating a press brake in a sheet metal environment

- Strong blueprint reading skills and comfort working from bend notes and tolerances

- Ability to set up, run, and troubleshoot with minimal supervision

Preferred/Plus

- Experience with Trumpf press brakes

- Experience with offline press brake programming software (a major plus)

- Familiarity with Delem controls

- Familiarity with European style tooling

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
