Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- 70% of time spent - Coding and entering invoices into the general ledger, preparing payments, and filing paid invoice packets.
- 10% of time spent - Answering questions from peers and other departments.
- 5% of time spent - Assisting with the completion of the month-end closing in a timely manner by making sure all transactions in each month are entered into the system.
- 5% of time spent - Identifying transactions that do not comply with the company’s policies and escalating to the appropriate manager.
- 5% of time spent - Communicating with internal and external suppliers/customers.
- 5% of time spent - Performing other general accounting duties, as assigned.
Education
- Required High School Diploma
- Desired Associates' degree in business or accounting
- 4-8 years’ experience
- Accuracy and speed with computer entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments
- Strong basic math skills
- Proficiency in the MS Suite
- Adaptable and willing to adjust to change
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorships are not available
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have regular attendance
