performance. Manage departmental labor, overtime, scrap, rework, and
operating expenses within established budgets. Monitor operational
production metrics including productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime,
utilization, on-time delivery, and product quality. Drive corrective
actions and continuous improvements to performance not meeting
expectations. Identify and drive strategic and system level operational
improvements to meet business growth objectives. Promote a proactive
health and safety culture by identifying hazards, conducting safety
observations, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective
actions. Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork,
accountability, communication, respect, and continuous improvement and
learning. Maintain team\'s adherence and compliance to Good
