Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Complete all nightly audit procedures and reports.
- Answer telephone calls, assist with reservations, and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area.
- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and IHG brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Must be dependable, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Promptness and excellent attendance are mandatory. Employees are expected to report to work on time for every scheduled shift.
- Must be flexible and willing to work other shifts when business needs require.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

90-Day Introductory Period
All newly hired employees are subject to a 90-day introductory (probationary) period. During this time, performance will be evaluated based on attendance, punctuality, reliability, guest service, teamwork, adherence to IHG brand standards, IHG One Rewards enrollments, Guest Love scores, loyalty recognition, and overall job performance.
