Hotel Front Desk Agent – Full-Time (Multiple Shifts Available)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Auditor: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
SCHEDULE IS FIXED
Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay: Based on experience
Weekend availability required

Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring a great guest experience. This role involves handling all stages of the guest stay, from check-in to check-out, while representing our mission, vision, and core values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival
- Engage guests to determine room needs and purpose of stay
- Manage the registration, check-in, and check-out processes
- Verify guest identification and ensure accuracy of credentials
- Operate the hotel switchboard, answer calls, provide information, and route inquiries
- Maintain accurate accounting of all rooms
- Issue room keys and ensure room readiness
- Take reservations by phone, email, and in person—including group bookings
- Provide information about hotel services, dining, local attractions, and travel directions
- Address guest concerns and refer issues to appropriate departments
- Compute bills, process payments, and balance cash drawers
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room issues
- Perform basic maintenance tasks to reduce out-of-order rooms
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry as needed
- Generate end-of-shift reports for the next shift

- Meet deadlines and maintain consistent attendance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front desk and hospitality experience required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations calmly
- Must be able to work weekends
