Position Summary
Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for deposit operations, electronic banking, card, and customer service functions. Assists with daily processing, account maintenance, transaction review, balancing, research, and exception processing. Works to ensure transactions are processed accurately, operational issues are resolved promptly, and established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide daily back-office support to branch and Customer Service employees.
- Assist with research and resolution of customer account and transaction issues.
- Support with debit card and ATM card servicing, including card maintenance, replacements, status changes, and other authorized requests.
- Assist with online and mobile banking maintenance and customer service requests.
- Aid with Bill Pay, external and internal transfers, mobile deposit, and other electronic banking services.
Education and Experience
- Previous banking, financial services, accounting, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- General knowledge of banking operations and deposit products.
