Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, overseeing planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives across multiple concurrent software initiatives.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to create, organize, and assign tasks; maintain project boards; and track overall progress and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and, with support from developers, convert those requirements into well-defined user stories and technical tasks.
- Work with developers to estimate tasks, break complex features into smaller, self-contained units of work, and ensure clarity and feasibility
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and weekly or semi-weekly demos.
- Plan and manage sprints, using task estimates to define sprint scope and create clear schedules, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Maintain agility while controlling scope, ensuring stakeholders understand how changing requirements or priorities may impact timelines or delivery commitments.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and work with cross-functional partners to remove obstacles and maintain momentum.
- Foster strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
