We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our ERP consulting team as an Entry-Level ERP Technical Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who is eager to learn the consulting side of ERP implementations. You’ll participate in system configuration, data analysis, integrations, testing, and client support—while developing leadership capabilities essential for future project lead or solution architect roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge in SQL, Visual Basics, Java, Python or similar language skills, including experience with database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Demonstrated leadership skills through internships, campus activities, project teams, or part-time roles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
An interest in consulting, process improvement, and enterprise software.

- Assist in the technical configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP solutions (PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud).
- Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Support system integrations, data conversions, and workflow design.
- Participate in testing cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and help implement fixes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
- Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of assigned tasks, communicating proactively, and contributing ideas for process improvement.
