About TrimRxTrimRx is building the first truly managed GLP-1 care model — one that takes responsibility for what happens after a prescription is written.
Most telehealth companies optimize for speed and volume.
We optimize for outcomes, trust, and long-term patient success.
We believe guidance is the product.
Why This Role ExistsTrimRx operates a managed care model that connects patients with licensed medical providers and pharmacies through an integrated system of workflows, technology, and partnerships.
Our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality care depends on how well our internal systems and our external partners operate together.
Today, that coordination is not as seamless or scalable as it needs to be. Breakdowns in integrations, workflows, and accountability can lead to delays, errors, and inconsistent patient experiences.
This role exists to ensure:
- Our systems integrate cleanly into partner operations
- Our partners perform against clear operational and contractual expectations
- Both sides operate as a single, aligned system — not disconnected organizations
You will own both:
How our systems integrate with partners
How our partners perform against expectations
This includes:
- End-to-end partner integrations (technical operational)
- SLA adherence and performance management
- Contract alignment and ongoing renegotiation
- Workflow accuracy across organizations
- Elimination of manual work, errors, and handoff breakdowns
- Lead CRM, API, and workflow integrations with external partners
- Translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa)
- Run regular performance reviews with partners (SLA, turnaround times, quality)
- Hold partners accountable to contractual obligations and operational standards
- Identify when contracts or incentives are misaligned — and drive renegotiation
- Escalate issues strategically and enforce accountability when performance slips
- Partner with Product/Engineering to ensure systems support real-world workflows
- You are not here to “manage relationships” — you are here to drive outcomes
- You will operate with data, systems, and contracts as leverage
- You will sit at the intersection of technical integration and commercial accountability
- Not a passive partnership role
- Not a relationship-only position
- Not internal tech support
- Not a pure implementation manager
- Managed external partners where performance and SLAs mattered
- Worked with APIs, CRM integrations, or workflow automation
- Held vendors or partners accountable — not just maintained relationships
- Been the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Identified contract gaps and pushed for better terms
- Partners consistently meet SLA and performance expectations
- Fewer workflow breakdowns across systems and teams
- Reduced manual intervention and error rates
- Clear ownership of data, systems, and responsibilities across organizations
- Strong, accountable partnerships — not just friendly ones
This role has a clear path to evolve into a Head of Partnerships / Integrations function as the business scales.
That growth will be driven by your ability to:
- Build scalable systems across partners
- Establish strong performance accountability
- Expand and structure the partner network
We are looking for someone who wants to build first and grow into leadership through impact.
If you’re someone who sees broken systems and underperforming partners and immediately thinks, “this shouldn’t be this hard” we want to talk.
