We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, a passion for organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Create, maintain, and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Support event planning, team communications, and special projects as needed.
- Front Office Management: greeting guest, answering and properly directing phone lines, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, data analysis) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive administrative or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
