Canning Line Operator (2 Openings) – Beverage Manufacturing

We are hiring an experienced Canning Line Operators to join our team at our expanded production facility. As a growing beverage co-packer, we specialize in a diverse range of products including Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktails, hard seltzers (spirit, wine, and sugar brew based), functional beverages, teas, D9/hemp-infused products, and nitrogen-dosed still beverages. This is not an entry-level position. If you do not have prior Canning Line operator experience and are looking for an opportunity to join a growing company, please consider other position we currently have available.

These positions will operate on 1st shift operations, depending on production needs, which may be 4x10hr / or 5 x 8hr shifts. Our rapid growth often requires splitting production runs between shifts, offering flexibility and advancement for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Wild Goose or CFT/Comac counter pressure fillers and Mojonnier Mix Processors, Depalletize and conveying lines
• Manage all aspects of the filling process, ensuring:
• Precise fill volumes
• Carbonation accuracy
• Correct can weights
• Perform can format changeovers, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and recipe programming as needed
• Conduct start-up, fill, and shutdown procedures, including accurate QC recordkeeping
• Coordinate with the batching team for tank preparation and transfers
• Execute end-of-run cleanout in preparation for CIP (Clean-in-Place) sanitation
• Support cross-training efforts and assist with various production and packaging operations

Scope of Work

• Operate one or more high-speed canning lines efficiently
• Follow all quality assurance protocols and GMP standards for food and beverage safety
• Perform basic sanitation and housekeeping in the production area
• Support other departments as needed, including batch processing, packaging, and logistics
• Adapt to additional tasks as production demands evolve

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in beverage manufacturing is REQUIRED (brewery, co-packing, or private label preferred)
• Familiarity with production line operations and filler technology
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot line equipment
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed for production scaling
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating canning or bottling lines in a brewery or beverage facility
• Background in RTD cocktails, carbonated products, or functional beverage production

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
