Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Account Manager to join our growing business. The ideals candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with clients, assist in the procurement and management of raw materials, and monitor projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
· Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and assessments
· Understand client goals and preferences to anticipate needs
· Develop trust through reliability and responsiveness
· Maintain detailed records of discussions, approvals, and project changes
· Investigate problems and communicate resolution outcomes to clients
· Maintain records in CRM (Hubspot) and project management systems
Order and Project Coordination
· Manage customer projects from quotations through production delivery
· Calculate production material requirements for manufacturing projects
· Assist in procurement and management of raw materials and packaging materials
· Track and manage timelines and budgets to keep project on schedule
· Coordinate with other internal teams for smooth execution
· Ensure all client orders meet company and regulatory quality standards
Interdepartmental Tasks
· Work with Marketing and Sales to introduce new products and services
· Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities
· Support invoicing, financial reconciliation, and audit process
· Collaborate with QA to review product samples, testing, and validation results
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Communications, Business Management, or related field
· 1-3 Years in a Customer Facing / Account Manger Role
· 1-2 Years working in a Manufacturing, Technology Sales, CRM Software Sales environments
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), NetSuite, HubSpot
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of the beverage industry and market trends
· Experience in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual English & Spanish
