Metabolic Research Center is seeking a fitness-minded, motivated, sales-driven professional for our Champaign location.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, wellness, and business growth. We are looking for someone confident in weight loss coaching, lead management and sales, with an entrepreneurial drive to grow the business through community relations and outside marketing opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong sales experience and a proven ability to generate revenue
- Is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently
- Understands the importance of prompt lead follow-up and client outreach
- Enjoys building relationships and growing a client base
- Has a passion for fitness, wellness, nutrition, supplementation, or weight loss.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conducting consultations with prospective clients
- Following up with leads and inquiries
- Supporting and motivating existing clients
- Helping grow referrals and local awareness
- Light administrative duties
Position Details:
- Approximately 3 days per week to start
- Potential to grow into full-time for the right person
- Base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities
Sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and generate revenue is required. Experience in wellness, fitness, supplementation, weight loss, or related industries is a plus.
