About the Role
Meta is seeking a Temporary Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support cross-functional planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders to help ensure programs are delivered with high quality and predictable outcomes. This is a temporary role and is not a full-time employment opportunity at Meta.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for technical initiatives, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, and other technical teams) to align on goals, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Maintain program documentation, status reporting, and communications to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues early; track mitigations and escalate appropriately to keep delivery on track.
- Facilitate planning and execution ceremonies (e.g., kickoffs, working sessions, readouts) and help teams remove blockers.
- Support process improvements to increase execution efficiency, predictability, and transparency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or project management for software, platform, infrastructure, or data/analytics programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain program plans, timelines, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and executive-ready status updates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience using common program/project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira or similar, Confluence or similar, Google Workspace or similar).

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $73.18/hour – $91.48/hour.
