Summary:
The main function of a Research Consultant is to provide expert analysis on customer behavior for marketing campaigns. The typical Research Consultant will combine psychological research with data pertaining to customer habits.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of competitive products including analysis of product features, design, perceived strengths and weaknesses
• Research, document and deliver detailed reviews of company products including comparisons to past, current and future competitive offerings.
•Document and present recommendations based on research and analysis
• Work to identify and address critical usability issues
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Human Machine Interaction or usability
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Factors, or related field required, Master’s required

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.56/hour - $70.70/hour.
