Role Summary
The Program Manager for North America MVP Advertising Solutions owns the development, refinement, and delivery of scalable advertising solutions that educate and activate advertisers through high-impact, social-first creative programming. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, GBG, Creative Shop, and global MVP teams — driving programmatic offerings, AI-powered production workflows, vendor operations, and creator programming across the North America region. The role also contributes directly to 1P AI product development through structured annotation and feedback loop collaboration with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Solutions & Advertiser Education
Refine and operationalize scalable advertising solutions that educate advertisers on social-first creative best practices
Partner with Sales, GBG, and Creative Shop to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
Assess which advertiser touchpoints drive the most meaningful behavior change versus traditional production approaches
Build robust, repeatable offerings tailored to the social ads ecosystem
AI Production Workflows & 1P Product Development
Develop and deploy AI-powered production solutions aligned to advertiser briefs and needs
Stay current on emerging AI tools and integrate them into production workflows
Translate AI capabilities into actionable, scalable solutions for advertisers
Partner with engineering teams to develop annotation frameworks and structured feedback loops that inform 1P AI product development
Surface real-world production insights, quality signals, and creative patterns to improve model outputs and product capabilities
Vendor Management & Operations
Direct and manage internally embedded vendor teams within the Meta ecosystem
Ensure vendors understand scope, quality standards, and evolving workflows
Continuously refine vendor capabilities to incorporate the latest technology and tooling
Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors — owning the full operational lifecycle from education to activation
Creator Program Development
Build and scale a North America Creator program, sourcing and activating new creator talent
Develop processes for creator discovery, vetting, onboarding, and engagement
Expand the creator roster to meet diverse advertiser needs and campaign types
Global Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Global Program Managers to align North America programming with global offerings
Ensure systems, processes, and solutions are standardized for maximum impact and scalability
Contribute to global strategy while adapting execution to regional market needs

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $75/hour - $85/hour.
