**Summary:**
The Instagram Camera is an iconic surface. It's at the heart of how Instagram first became a central part of our culture. Today, we're evolving how our Camera enables people to easily create videos that entertain, inspire, and connect.We're looking for a seasoned product leader who cares deeply about creating high quality and performant user experiences and loves diving deeply into the technology. This product leader would be responsible for defining how we approach the most critical quality aspects of our camera as well as partnering with our computer vision teams and Meta research teams to productionize new advanced capabilities that enable new capture and editing features.

1. Build ML-based product features that unlock new capabilities and levels of assistance for camera users
2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
3. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
4. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
5. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
6. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
7. Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health

8. 5 years of product management or industry related experience

11. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
12. Experience building ML-based and quality-oriented user features
13. Communication and presentation skills
14. Experience building and shipping applications or software of features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain
15. Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues
16. Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
17. Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
18. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
19. Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills
