$139,000/year to $200,000/year bonus equity benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Industrial Designer Responsibilities:
- Design and develop category-defining products
- Combine usability, aesthetics, and technical insight to solve complex design problems
- Navigate cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment
- Conceive elegant, effective ways to address ergonomic and mechanical challenges
- Contribute concepts and problem solving across one or more projects
- Travel internationally to support manufacturing
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- 5 years of experience developing consumer electronics or wearable tech products
- Great communication, visualization, and problem solving skills
- Fluid command of surfacing in Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Creo or NX
- Ability to explore and refine ideas through 2D visualization and physical prototyping
- Expertise in designing for mass production
- Excel in navigating highly ambiguous situations
