Finance Operations Credit and Collection Analyst
About the Role
The Finance Operations Credit and Collection Analyst will support the Revenue Operations team with credit assessment, advertiser outreach, and escalation management across Meta's unmanaged and mid-market advertiser portfolios. This role is heavily operational; the right person is someone who can dig into a process, identify what's preventing payment, and drive resolution.
Reports to: Finance Operations Manager, NORAM
Key Responsibilities
Account Credit Reviews (ACRs)
Conduct ACR reviews for unmanaged and mid-market advertisers with credit line requests up to $500k
Assess advertiser financial health and creditworthiness using available data and internal tooling
Recommend credit decisions based on analysis of financial statements, payment history, and risk indicators
Advertiser Outreach & Financial Data Collection
Contact advertisers via email (primary) and virtual calls to request financial documentation supporting credit increase requests
Manage follow-up cadence to ensure timely data collection without unnecessary friction
Partner with advertisers to clarify discrepancies in submitted financial data
Sales Escalation Management
Work to understand the Monthly Invoicing Credit Line process end-to-end to determine client intent, and recommend solutions to resolve invoice billing inquiry.
First line escalation path to work inbound escalation matters from the sales team and internal support avenues related to credit and billing inquiries
Triage and resolve issues, escalating complex cases as appropriate
Communicate resolution status back to sales partners clearly and promptly
Analyze unapplied receipt balances and significant prepayment amounts to ensure proper allocation and application.
Client engagement: Manage escalated cases directly with clients to manage complex cases and coordinate with our BPO team
Collection hold management: Support monthly processing and revenue enablement
Review case quality with our BPO team and ensure inbound sales and client queries are adequately addressed to support the customer
Integrity & Risk Signals
Investigate CAR red signals and take appropriate action per established protocols
Flag patterns or systemic issues identified during integrity reviews
Document findings and maintain accurate case records
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience in credit operations, collections, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
Strong written communication skills; this role is heavily email-based and requires clear, professional correspondence with external advertisers
Demonstrated ability to assess processes end-to-end and identify root causes preventing payment
Comfort working with financial data (financial statements, aging reports, payment histories)
Experience managing high-volume workloads with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
Prior experience in ad tech, media, or technology industry credit/collections
Familiarity with credit risk assessment frameworks or scoring models
Experience working cross-functionally with sales or account management teams
Ability to adapt quickly to internal tooling and systems

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30/hour – $35/hour.
