Design Program Manager, BizAI, Central Products

We are seeking an experienced Design Program Manager to join the BizAI team within the New Revenue Bets pillar of Central Products. This role is critical to driving operational rigor, program strategy, and cross-functional alignment for high-impact, AI-driven business initiatives. BizAI is a cross-functional team within Meta’s Central Products organization, focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to unlock new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. The team operates at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and design, developing innovative AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges for Meta’s global ecosystem of advertisers, partners, and users. BizAI’s charter includes ideating, prototyping, and scaling new revenue-generating products, with an emphasis on experimentation, rapid iteration, and measurable business impact. The team is known for its collaboration, technical rigor, and commitment to operational rigor in the pursuit of transformative business outcomes.

Design Program Manager, BizAI, Central Products Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large-scale, complex programs that advance BizAI’s strategic objectives within New Revenue Bets
• Apply subject matter expertise to develop, drive, and optimize program strategy and execution across multiple cross-functional teams and across the Family of Apps
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational frameworks that directly contribute to the execution of the product roadmap
• Network with, and appropriately involve, key stakeholders across multiple areas, persuading audiences to drive progress and alignment
• Exercise judgment in navigating dependencies, resolving ambiguity, and making decisions that impact multiple teams or functions
• Experience with in-depth subject matter knowledge, sought out for advice and expertise in design operations and program management
• Communicate effectively and build partnerships to ensure clarity, transparency, and shared understanding across teams
• Ensure compliance and ethical standards are upheld throughout all program activities
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs in a design, product, or technology environment
• Proven experience driving strategy, set goals, and align solutions across multiple teams, considering both current and future implications
• Expertise in operationalizing organizational strategy, improving systems, and embracing ambiguity in a time-sensitive environment
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a track record of building and driving consensus
• Experience with in-depth subject matter knowledge in a relevant product or business area, with a reputation for delivering high-quality results
• Demonstrated experience exercising judgment and proactively identify and solve complex problems
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI-driven product development or business operations
• Familiarity with the Central Products organization and the New Revenue Bets pillar
• Advanced knowledge of design operations best practices and program management methodologies
