About the Role
The Reality Labs Entertainment team is seeking a Content Coordinator to support live operations and content programming for our MR products. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of content launches, publishing workflows, and ongoing operational support for screen-based immersive experiences. It calls for an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. It also requires technical expertise in following stringent processes and procedures, with a focus on maintaining clear and concise documentation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute a high volume of content launches
Ingest and process media assets and prepare content for playback
Support live streams and broadcasts, including day-of operational coverage
Manage publishing workflows from asset ingestion through final QA and distribution
Maintain the Live Operations calendar while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure updates and schedules are aligned
Manage and update the content library, including cataloging assets, tracking metadata, and maintaining accurate records
Triage systems or communication issues that arise and problem solve with stakeholders
Ensure content meets quality standards for distribution according to provided guidelines
Create and update process and procedural documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of operational activities
Support new live operation initiatives
Be able to work an extended schedule as launches may require evenings and weekend coverage
Qualifications
Ability to work with content management systems, video management tools, and publishing platforms while troubleshooting issues independently
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated with a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach
Capacity to drive processes independently and move projects to completion
High attention to detail with documenting processes, workflows, and schedules
Background or demonstrated interest in immersive media, XR, or spatial computing
Experience with data analysis, asset management tools, or media processing a plus

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30/hour - $35/hour.
