Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Foster cross-functional partnership with multiple teams within and outside of the Compensation function
- Apply experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to observe trends and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
- Participate in the research for, and ongoing development and administration of a compensation program that matches Meta's needs
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
- Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting
- Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process
- 3 years of experience in compensation, consulting, finance, operations or related field
- Experience with Excel, including building analyses and models
- Project management experience
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Compensation consulting experience
