What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Partner Manager position at Meta?
We're looking for an experienced Community Partner Manager to join us on the Scaled Partnerships team. You will be responsible for helping to manage the community experience for the Creator Community. You will be creating content, hosting virtual events, managing group operations, engaging with and inspiring creators, and strengthening our connection with group members in the US Creators group. Your work will equip creators with tools and training to grow their following and improve adoption of creator products and enable creators to develop their channel audience and increase their platform impact.

Community Partner Manager Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day community moderation of multiple growing communities on multiple platforms.
- Participate in content creation, dissemination, and help manage the content calendar.
- Facilitate strong partner engagement relationships for the creator community by developing new initiatives to increase creator connections and conversations.
- Present key concepts and product information to creators to increase brand trust among creators
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to develop and execute against program goals
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to advocate for creator and community needs
- Advocate for the creator community members within the group by sharing stories and highlighting successes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Meta Certified Community Manager and 3 years of community management experience.
- Experience identifying and acting on relevant trends, responding in real time in community conversations and comments.
- Knowledge of the Creator products and best practices.
- Experience hosting and facilitating engaging conversations, particularly using tools like Facebook Live and Zoom.
