Meta is seeking a highly motivated Communications Manager to create awareness and excitement for Reality Labs products. This person will work across an exciting range of products and services -- including AI Wearables and VR -- that are coming together to build the next computing platform.The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about new technology, brings creativity, and writes well. This individual should have a track record of planning and executing announcements, working closely with earned media (reporters and creators), advising and/or executing on social media campaigns, and working cross-functionally across product, marketing and partners.

Communications Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities:
- Create strategic plans and campaigns to advance product adoption and company reputation
- Tell compelling stories about our products and their impact on people across varied channels
- Maintain and forge new relationships with media and creators
- Support proactive communications work across seasonal moments and events
- Think through integrated marketing communications across all channels, including owned, earned and social
- Help shape the tone for Reality Labs to create messaging and tactics that will resonate with target audiences
- Work directly with executives to shape how they can help advance our campaigns or narratives
- Create content such key messaging, blogs, pitches, and other creative materials that evangelize various announcements and milestones
- Lead press events, prepare spokespeople, and create briefing materials
- Collaborate across multiple functions including engineering, product, marketing, content, and communications
- Implement AI-tooling into daily workflows to drive efficiency and speed of impact
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or related field
- 7 years of experience in technology/entertainment public relations, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
