Meta IQ Services, Inc. is currently searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and driving current and future projects to success. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within a set budget, and to our specified standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Establishing and defining project scopes after a comprehensive analysis of the clients' needs and requirements. Developing detailed project management plans, outlining the sequence of all project activities. Managing and tracking project costs to ensure the successful completion within the approved budgets. Coordinating and liaising with all involved parties, including stakeholders, vendors, and team members, to ensure project alignment. Implementing effective risk management practices and processes, identifying potential project setbacks, and developing contingency plans. Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Leading and directing the work of teams assigned to projects, while also fostering a productive and cooperative working environment. Required Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field. At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the tech industry. Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent logical, analytical and organizational skills. Superb communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts and creating a team environment. Salary : $96,000 - $116,000
