Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will maintain and expand relationships with our key clients, ensure their satisfaction, and drive business growth.

This position requires close collaboration with senior sales, campaign managers, and indirect service partners to improve processes, increase efficiency, and foster teamwork. You will focus on growing our customers' businesses and scaling the category's domestic revenues.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to prospect for new clients, pitch the value of our solutions, negotiate and close deals, and maintain high satisfaction among existing clients through excellent partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
